Lithium greases
LT-0,1,2,3 Greases

Description.
LT- series of multifunctional lithium greases produced on the basis of a mixture of highly purified mineral oil, thickened with lithium soap of 12 hydroxystearic acid. Selection of oils of different viscosity ratios and amount of thickener yielded grease penetration in all classes with the optimal set of parameters. All lubricants contain in its composition rust and oxidation inhibitors. Very stable structure, water resistance. Greases from this series of products are compatible with greases based on lithium, lithium-calcium and lithium complex thickener.
Charactaristics.
They can be used in a wide range of applications. They are intended for use in friction units operating at temperatures from -30°C to + 120°C. Typical applications are the lubrication of ball and roller bearings of small and medium-speed bearings. LT Series products do not contain in its composition anti-wear and anti-seize additives, and are designed for low- and moderate friction units which do not require a lubricant with EP (EP = Extreme Pressure) properties. LT-0

Application.
Well pumped through pipelines, even with a small diameter section and does not create a significant pressure drop when applying for long distances. It is used in automatic lubrication systems, and also as an alternative to industrial gear oils to prevent leaks.

Application.
Universal lubricant is recommended for use as a multipurpose lubricant in industrial equipment operating in medium load conditions at standard temperatures, continuous operation. Recommended to be used as a lubricant for the entire operational period.
Typical applications are the lubrication of ball and roller bearings of small and medium-speed bearings.

Selection of oils of different viscosity ratios and amount of thickener yielded grease penetration in all classes with the optimal set of parameters. All lubricant in this series contain carefully selected additives, which increases the antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties of lubricants and at the same time containing EP component (EP = extreme pressure), giving this series of lubricants increased anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. Thanks to the complex grease thickener in this series the lubricatns are characterized by high mechanical stability, resistance to high temperatures, water resistance. Current series of products are compatible with high-quality greases based on lithium, lithium-calcium and lithium complex thickener.

Description.
LCA EP - a series of lithium-calcium greases produced on the basis of a mixture of highly purified mineral oil, thickened with lithium and calcium soap 12 hydroxystearic acid. Selection of oils of different viscosity ratios, the amount of thickener and its component composition yielded grease penetration in all classes with the optimal set of parameters. All lubricants in this series contain carefully selected additives, which increases the antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties of lubricants and at the same time containing EP component (EP = extreme pressure), giving this series of lubricants increased anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. Due to the type of thickener mixed lubrication in this series are characterized by high mechanical and colloid stability, increased pressure properties, improved adhesion. Lubricants from this series create a lasting lubricant membrane, resulting in reducing the need for maintenance and costs. Lubricants are smooth and have a homogeneous structure. The following series of products are compatible with high-quality greases based on lithium, lithium-calcium and lithium complex thickener.
Charactaristics.
LCA Series greases are multipurpose EP multi-purpose grease based on a lithium-calcium thickener, designed for intensive conditions.
Lubricants from this series are well suited for the lubrication of loaded ball bearings, plain bearings and roller bearings, wheel bearings, universal joints, chassis, and other units of vehicles subject to shock or vibration effects, lubrication units of agricultural machinery and off-road vehicles, operating in wet, dusty and / or dry conditions. Suitable as a universal grease for general purpose industrial applications.

Lithium complex greases with molybdenum disulphide
LCM EP-2,3 Greases

Description.
LCM EP - a series of lithium complex greases, obtained on the basis of a mixture of highly purified mineral oil, thickened with lithium complex soap 12 hydroxystearic acid and one/two low molecular weight acids. All lubricant in this series contain carefully selected additives, which increases the antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties of lubricants. These lubricants also contain EP additive (EP = extreme pressure) in the form of molybdenum disulfide which gives this series of lubricants imparting increased wear and extreme pressure properties. The presence of molybdenum disulphide guarantees reliability and duration of lubrication even when the friction assembly service is not possible, or there is a delay. Thus, the use of lubricants in this series can increase the interval between the changes. Thanks to the complex grease thickener in this series it is characterized by high mechanical stability, resistance to high temperatures, water resistance.
The following series of products are compatible with high-quality greases based on lithium, lithium-calcium and lithium complex thickener.

ECO Lubricants
Lubricants for food and pharmaceutical industries.

Description.
ITMOL KBC Series of lubricants are obtained from a condensation process of lithium-calcium soap of highly medical vaseline oil. Grease has passed sanitary tests in the GI "Centre of Hygiene» in Republic of Belarus and found fit for use in friction equipment used in food and pharmaceutical industries, with the possible (H2 USDA approved) or unavoidable contact (USDA H1 approval) with food products. Lubrication does not (and does not overtime) have any smell and taste. The color of the grease is transparent white. According to individual orders we can supply various modifications of ITMOL KBC grease, the characteristics of which are presented in the following table.
Charactaristics.
ITMOL KBC-2 Grease is compatible with the general technical greases. Through the use of highly chemically resistant mineral oil, as well as high mechanical and colloidal stability, ITMOL KBC-2 can be used in enclosed friction units with a long operational life as well as in the pharmaceutical industries and textile plants. Lubricants are used to serve the low, medium and heavy duty friction units (depending on the version) with the permissible operating temperature operation up to 120 ° C.

ITMOL KBC-0 (semifluid) - reducer of any performance;
ITMOL KBC-1 (low viscosity, frost resistant) - centralized lubrication systems. Freezers;
ITMOL KBC-2 (ultra thin filtration) - high-speed friction units;
ITMOL KBC-3 (medium viscosity) general friction units;
ITMOL KBC-4 (high viscosity) - heavily-loaded low-speed friction units.
